I want to take a fresh look at blogging, my dear readers, so this is my chance. With a bunch of blogs floundering, and a few collaborative efforts going strong (safety in numbers, mah droogs), it's time for me to venture in a new direction. I see this space detailing some of the day-to-day nonsense I let myself get dragged into.
Hausbrau is a play (of sorts) on homebrew and hausfrau, two things I'm fond of. Women and beer are both cool in my eyes. My hope is to use this space to let ideas brew about various projects I'd like to take on.
I had haushilderbrand.com, which I ran for quite a few years (3-4, a long time in web years), but got sick of, the name being too long and it being tied too closely to me. This will hopefully keep the germanic play on words with a youthful sense of something new (Turkish hip-hop on German soil, perhaps? Or do I overstep my bounds?).
